I can imagine that decorating your studio for Christmas seems like just another time consuming task for a studio owner. I get it. It would be much easier to just talk about Christmas and hope that you get some Christmas sales. But, as we all know entrepreneurship means putting in the work, whether you feel like it or not.
In Farm Girl’s Holiday Webinar — How to increase your December sales – Carey Sadler talked about creating a “holiday experience” in the studio.
I wanted to share some pictures from Carey’s client appreciation event, just to inspire you or give you ideas about things you can do in your studio to increase sales at Christmas – and while this was framed as an event to show gratitude to clients, it did result in a considerable amount of shopping!
If you’d like more information on this holiday experience — the webinar, “5 Steps to a Record December” is on sale on our website here. The holiday season is underway, but I guarantee you’ll get ideas that you can implement immediately!
In the webinar, one of the things we talked about is creating gift boxes. You’ll see the pictures of some of the gift boxes above, and the key to sales seems to be including instruction cards, so the gifts can be valuable to friends and family of your clients. Yesterday at Rivercity Pilates, I saw a client (who happens to be a retired physician) purchasing two “stress relief” gift bags for her daughters, and while she was paying for those, she added a class card, and a couple of other things. Here’s how easy that gift bag was to put together!
I hope the pictures in this post generate some ideas that you can implement at your studio to increase your sales in December! We have different instruction cards for props already created that you can purchase on our website. I’ll send you a Canva file that you can adapt and edit for your studio. They’re on sale this weekend to give you a head start!
